Delete your Glosira account

To request account deletion, email us at:

Or you can delete your account in the app settings at app.glosira.com: Profile → Settings → Delete account. A dialog titled “Delete account [your username]” will open. Enter your username exactly as it appears in the title, then press “Confirm deletion”.

What happens after confirmation

Access to the account will end on all devices. Its profile will disappear from search, friends lists and rankings. You will no longer be able to sign in and continue learning with the saved progress.

Data retention

Account data, including learning progress, remains on the server for three years after deactivation. The account is marked as disabled at the user's request. Data is not erased immediately.
